Always use this pharmacy, so friendly and helpful. They do get very busy but have always looked after me and my family! Brilliant service

Avoid this place. Rude. Stand around talking. While customers are waiting. Prescriptions not ready after ordering. A week ago. Never answer the phone.

The pharmacy is generally OK,and the staff are very helpful and nice. bar 1, the older lady is very rude abrupt and abrasive with her attitude, it stinks because on 3 separate occasions I've witnessed and been privy to being kind and greeting her for her to look you up and down and accuse you of not paying for your prescriptions being out of work and just a generally nasty lady and nasty piece of work she is , I have put one formal complaint in I shall not do it again il just show with my feet and walk off go somewhere else she forgets she from east field

Been waiting for a prescription for a week and then was told for 3 days that it was out with the driver so I then went around to the pharmacy to see what was happening and I was told again that it was with the driver again .I told the man on the counter that I had run out of some of my medication and needed these ASAP. At this point the pharmacist got involved and within in minutes my medication was available, she apologised at which point I thanked her for the apology but it should have been him that apologised as he was talking over me when I was trying to explain my situation. Very poor customer service hence I will be moving to Mayfield pharmacy

Literally best pharmacy in Wolverhampton. Prescription always there earlier than expected when ordered through them and always ready to collect with no waiting. Staff are all lovely. Would stick with Brooklands even if I moved 20 miles away. So reliable!

takes a very long time to answer phone especially on a monday continually engaged more like took phone off the hook.Takes long time for delivery if they dont forget as had this happen..excuse was very busy for delivery...ermm doubt it

Never answer the phone! Always user busy, then it will ring through, do that about 10 times then it’s back to user busy. Literally takes a whole day to get through! Not everyone has the time to go and walk into the pharmacy. Some people rely on over the phone contact. Happens every single time, never used to be an issue a year ago…

The staff have been so helpful nothing is too much trouble, they do anything to help.Our delivery man is brilliant he’s so polite and helpful tooA* service thank you

The last few experiences I've had in here have been outrageous. I'm providing this feedback in hopes that they make effective changes. The communication in there is all over the place. I waited for a prescription, then was told it won't be ready until the afternoon. Standing there for 15 minutes, another time I hadn't had my prescription delivered, so I went in there to collect it, and they said it had been there for days. Both times, no apologies. During peak times, they need 2 staff serving. Those prescription boxes need a better system. Prescription ls been missed, misplaced etc LOL. Come on do better
