I called in to buy a harness for a small dog for use in the car. The young lady who assisted us very pleasant, patient and helpful. She has ordered one for us the correct size.I bought compost and she brought it to the car. The shop is very well stocked with every animal needs. 10 out of 10.

Great place to shop for all things to do with pets. Great selection of equestrian products even electric fencing gear. Loads of poultry products. Loads of wild bird feeds and feeders. And you can even buy a budgie there! Great staff too.

Excellent range of products, some of which you don't usually find in stores and only online. They even sell hedgehog food which is very difficult to get hold of as well as a great range of raw dog food. Some products can be very well priced and others a little but on the steep side. Excellent parking and ease of access for people with disabilities, blue badge holders.

Friendly, helpful staff and always well stocked with a wide range of decent products that are kept in stock so when you need dog food you can just nip in, it be there and get it.

Superb service helping us find a new lead to help stop the lab pulling. We chose the wrong stuff and the lady put us right actually saved us money. Then to cap it off said we could park in their car park without restriction unlike the carpark where we had parked.
