Aeropick Airport Transfer

Extremely poor service after the driver got lost and was asking us where to go when we are not even from the UK. We were very late and exhausted and had to guide the driver ourselves. He put the wrong post code in at first despite having all the correct details. Was asking us where to go even with the sat nav . How would we know we were on holiday !! He had the sat nav re route over and over again as he didn't seem to be able to follow it. Worst still was the extremely poor offer of 10% off a next booking rather than a partial refund. We would we want to use them again after such a bad journey and when would we need a 10% discount when we don't even live in the UK. Tried to email and have a reasonable reply from them now they are ignoring us. Very poor.

Excellent service - from start to finish!! Cannot nearly emphasise enough how easy the entire process was. The driver was courteous and helped us with recommendations about where we could go for dinner! Would 100% use again, I'd highly recommend using Aeropick Airport Transfer!

I never give scathing reviews as there are always positives about everything. However, on this occasion I cannot think of anything that was memorable in a good way. This was the worst experience I have ever had in terms of a transfer. The car was too small,it was late and they forgot our carseat. When I complained it was a painful ordeal. Still waiting for a partial refund 3 weeks later. I will never use this company again and I will definitely use a more professional company when I travel next.Poor quality and inept service

My Driver arrived early and let me know and was happy to wait until the agreed time. The Car was very comfortable, clean and the driver was very polite. When we arrived at Heathrow , he helped me with my suit cases etc. Highly recommend and I would use again.

We used Aeropick three times on our recent trip to Europe! We had a 2 hour drive on two of those occasions. All of our drivers were reliable and polite. I want to shoutout our first driver Anu though! Going to a new country for the first time is a little nerve wrecking but he made us so comfortable. I enjoyed talking to him. Their customer service is amazing and I’ve always gotten a quick response. We will definitely use them again whenever we’re in the UK. It’s more expensive than an Uber but you get what you pay for. It was nice having someone meet us inside of the airport and knowing 100% we’d have a ride waiting for us!

The communication between us and our driver was truly excellent. While in the UK, we relied on this company for our ride to the airport. Our driver was punctual, courteous, ensured a safe journey, and got us to our destination with ample time to spare. Our heartfelt thanks for the outstanding service!
