121 Dog Training

JJ and Dave have been amazing with our slightly mental / attack everything in sight collie and her anxious little sister. Really knew how to bring out the best in both of them. (AKA trained us how to engage our dogs properly) We now have 2 dogs that want to focus on us and are much more calm around people, other dogs, horses etc. Hoopers here we come!

We had a great 1-2-1 session with Jess after our dog suddenly developed some behaviour issues from out of nowhere.Jess was able to observe our dogs behaviour and then offer training advice to address the behaviour that was not only practical but also personalised to our situation.Improvements in our dogs behaviour were clear to see after only a couple of days of implementing the advice and we will certainly be back for some more classes and training.

Fantastic home visit. Jessica listened to what we needed to focus on and what we were happy with our dog doing/ not doing rather than insisting on a certain regime of behaviour as our previous trainer had! She absolutely nailed it. She was very patient and gave me simple easy to achieve exercises to work on, which we had lots of time to practice in the lesson. She stayed ages, and was able to answer all sorts of questions I had. We have booked another session for my son, so she can sort out some different issues he has when walking the dog. Really enjoying training now, can already see results in 1day. Jessica sent me a really detailed feedback to remind me if the exercises we needed to do. Really enjoyed the session. Can't recommend highly enough and are hoping to start some dog ability lessons with her soon. Thank you xxx

I can’t recommend 121 dog training enough. We’ve been working with Jessica since before we bought our puppy home and her advice has been invaluable. She is positive, reassuring and hugely knowledgeable. She always has perfect advice to keep you on the right path. We’ve had both 121 and group lessons and would recommend both. She helps you to have fun with your dog and and has such a lovely style - you immediately feel more relaxed and confident. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a 121 training session with Jess yesterday. We are looking forward to implementing the advice she gave us! It was a fun, relaxed session with lots of helpful tips to get the best from our dog. Jess is friendly and knowledgeable and puts you at ease (and our pup loved her!).

Jess came round to our home yesterday to help us support both of our dogs as one is a recent rescue addition. She spent more than the allocated time with us and walked us through in such a simple, but detailed way that Jess has equipped with so many tools to continue support our dogs in the best way possible. Following our session we even received a very detailed follow up with notes and a summary of the session, incredible to have something to refer back to. We just couldn't be happier that we chose 121 Dog Training, after only one day we've already noticed positive differences in both of our dogs behavior, Jess is nothing short of amazing and we can't wait to hopefully get a spot on some of her upcoming courses for Heel work etc. Thank you again Jess!

Jessica visited us at our home and was courteous, friendly and incredibly knowledgable. She provided us with practical and workable real-world advice which has already after only 1 day in practice helped us with our dog Eric's more frustrating/challenging behaviour. We have a 15 month old son who is very keen to interact with our 7 year old dog in an overly boisterous way (often and understandably less than welcome from our dogs perspective) and Jessica really helped us with our understanding of how to manage that relationship in order for our son and our dog to build a bond over time. Jessica also sent a really helpful and in-depth follow up email detailing everything we went through in our training session which gives us a really useful reference point to refer back to as we continue to put the training into practice. Could not recommend 121 Dog Training any more highly and certainly plan to stay in touch for future training, thank you!

Couldn’t recommend Jess and her 1-2-1 dog training enough! We were having some issues with our 2 year old dog Millie, Jess went out of her way to be really helpful even rearranging the date for us as we are due to have a baby in the next few weeks. We felt like we learnt so much, she really went into detail explaining everything and explaining different techniques, etc. Jess even spent an additional half an hour with us to ensure she covers everything she needed! She is really easy to talk to and ask questions. Clearly has a great depth of knowledge on all things dogs! Hasn’t even been a week and by following the techniques and teaching from Jess our issues with Millie have nearly completely been resolved. She also sends a summary of everything she went through with us on the day over email so we can remember everything. If we have any issues with Millie again we will without a doubt book in another session with 1-2-1 dog training! Will be recommending to everyone!
