Twilight Bark Walking & Grooming Risca

Sophie and Owen have been amazing with Ollie and his walks and I couldn't be without them now. They update me with everything like being stuck in traffic, how Ollie was on his walks, sends me photos, they couldn't reassure me anymore! They offer to do home visits if Ollie can't go on his weekly walk for whatever reason and has even left me a cone and some vet tape when he injured his paw. Genuinely lovely and so trustworthy, they make going to work and leaving Ollie 1000 times easier.

I just want to echo all the previous positive reviews. Sophie and Callie love my dogs as they do their own. I cannot speak highly enough of their love and care. I have found them to be professional and very reliable. I trust them completely with walking and sitting and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone feeling a bit nervous about leaving their dogs with other people.

Sophie and Callie are so amazing at what they do. I'm really pleased with their service and truly cannot recommend them enough. My friends, family and my neighbour are also using their services and can't speak highly enough about them. My dog adores them and can't wait to be picked up. It can be nerve racking leaving your dog with someone you don't know, but I honestly don't have any anxieties when I leave my pup in the capable and loving hands of these ladies.

Sophie, Owain (and of course not forgetting Callie) have provided us with excellent service over the past 12 - 18 months. They’re always professional, organised and on time. The pick up / drop off service is great.Our dog Milo absolutely loves Sophie and although he was a little nervous initially, Sophie makes such a huge fuss of him he genuinely can’t wait to get in the van and head off for his groom.He always comes home with a smart bow tie and smells lovely and the groom/cut is spot on. Best of all are the photo shoots and the little WhatsApp photos I get of him - we all look forward to those, especially the themed ones at Christmas/Valentines/Halloween etc. just brilliant!We would definitely recommend the team at Twilight Bark Risca.

These guys groom our Australian Labradoodle regularly and every time they offer a wealth of knowledge and give our pup amazing cuts to suit the season, with photo shoots and bandanas and calm and friendly approach, we couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you as always guys!! They walk neighbouring dogs and the joy and excitement these dogs and our dog have towards the team shows their kind approach to how they care for these animals. These girls are amazing. Sophie and Callie have been walking my whippet, Ziggy, since September 2019 - he loves them! Not only do they take wonderful care of my dog, they offer help and advice at the drop of a hat. I’ve had my dog since a tiny pup and they helped me with training and socialising. You can tell from the moment you meet them that they’ll love your dog like he’s their own. I wouldn’t leave Ziggy with anyone else.

We would not trust our dogs with anyone else!! Soph and Callie are wonderful, professional, reliable and most importantly love our dogs as much as we do! We feel like they are a part of the family!The dogs absolutely love seeing them and going for their walks and they are ready to sleep as soon as they get back home!Sophie and Callie are so flexible with arranging times for walks, dog sitting and they will always go above and beyond to get to our dogs if we need a walk when it wasn't planned.They are also very reasonably priced! How can you not use such a professional, good quality service who are also so reasonably priced?! We would highly recommend!

I was nervous at first as we’d never had a dog walker before but Sophie is absolutely amazing, she has a special relationship with each and every dog and I am slightly jealous of how much my one dog loves her. She is such a genuine person and goes above and beyond what she needs to do. Joined now by Owain the pair of them are totally trustworthy and genuine in their love and care of everyone’s dogs. You can be sure that if they walk your dog it will have the best time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs
