Really friendly and quick service.^^ My review I left 2 years ago.Since then I have done a lot more work with Kyle and his team and I would just like to thank them for the sterling job they do looking after me and the work I refer to them.I am a firm believer in giving praise where and when its due and this is definitely one of those moments so thanks guys.My additional review 8/2/23

Have been a repeat customer with console clinic for a while (with three boys it’s a must) they are upfront as to how much repairs will cost so you can make an informed decision whether to go ahead or not - staff are very knowledgeable with the tech (as I recently found out) will always recommend them for anyone looking for help.

Disappointed!They kept my phone for over 24 hours and then charged me £49.95 for a charging point - this apparently took into account the £10 charge for diagnostics.On my way back to my car I went into another shop called Phones and Gadgets and 'without telling them what I had paid' asked how much a diagnostics test is - they said it is free!I asked how long it took - they said 15 mins max!I already knew some of the above because I had googled it - I knew also that anyone could buy a charging point for under £5. I felt obliged to pay the full price to Console Clinic because (as explained to Carl) - my Father is seriously ill and I needed numbers off that phone urgently.Again, 'without revealing what I had been charged' by Console Clinic - I asked Mubeen (the owner) of Phones and Gadgets in Wickford what he would have charged for the same item/service to the same phone - he said approximately £30.00 - and definitely no more than £35.00.They offer a 'same day service' and I found Mubeen to be helpful and straightforward.I am usually loathe to leave a negative review - but on this occasion I feel it is necessary because I have paid Console Clinic almost double the money - also waited 24 hours for the privilege!I will be recommending to all my friends and family to shop around - or go direct to Phones and Gadgets in Wickford for a fair price, good turnaround time and good customer service.Update;: I've seen the reply which was inaccurate!1.I did Not demand a battery! I queried if it 'might be the battery as i2. The price I was quoted elsewhere included vat also!3.i called a few times (not consistently) as I desperately needed my phone back (as explained to Carl) because my tube fed father needed me to contact vital service's4. I did not know how much i had been overcharged until I left the store5. It was not for me to query the price- more so for any company to charge fairly!6. To anybody reading this - please check out out my other reviews - I usually only leave positive feedback

Excellent Service & Great Upsell!The team quickly understood and dealt with my issue. They we're polite and attentive and the lines of communication were excellent.

Good place, and not too bad on the price

Quick and easy to contact and drop off my console with.The team were super helpful and gave my PS4 a full service as well as fix the issue it was having. Was done very quickly for a reasonable price.Thanks!

Very helpful staff. I've spoken to a few other companies in the past for a phone repair and I get the impression that this store has better engineers and they also seem more knowledgeable too.
