I have been calling back and forth for a month now. Called the council as my intercom system in my flat does not work. They scheduled someone four times to come. Last guy came and needed to come into my flat but I was told attendance was not required. I stayed as long as possible and went to work. When i called again they told me they would get me the contractor to speak to. They had a whole other booking for the following day that i did not authorise. I requested a weekend appointment which they said they would see whos working and get back to me. Nothing. The appointment which i did not know about had an engineer still come out. When I called AGAIN they spoke to abca and they said oh the engineer found the problem and has requested for parts and will get in touch with me again. Yeh, its been a month almost and nothing. The queuing is so long it takes up my whole break and they close when i finish work. An intercom is a EMERGANCY repair and its still not fixed and they Didn’t update anyone about whats happening. The intercom was fitted by this company and now I do not know when someone is ringing on my door. Its not exceptable.UPDATE: march 3rd and got the council to contact them. Apparently the piece ordered has been sitting there for over a month. Someone was SUPPOSED to book an appointment. They didnt. So i have to wait for a call back. I can almost guarantee they will not call and you cant speak to them directly. What part of emergency repair do they not understand? Absolute waste od space this company.

I had a new intercom installed on Friday. It has been repaired twice since then this is the third time that I've contacted them. I have two small children and one is a baby. I live in a double gated block and I'm having to run down with the kids to open both gates and to make things worse, I'm on the third floor. I just spoke with a very rude and dismissive lady! 3 weeks later, no shows and constant calls and constant promises and still nothing! I had an emergency yesterday the ambulance came and I had to run down to open the door and gate! Absolute garbage company! Stay away! I'm calling my HA tomorrow to make a massive complaint about ABCA! Will also be reporting to those above!Updated: 17th Jan, this is the 4th no show after they told me a specialist would he coming before 5pm! I'm up to my wits end now. I had an emergency last week and had to run down with the kids to let the ambulance in lile what is this?Please stay away! S****y company! Perhaps they don't care because, I don't have en English name!

Poor service, STAY AWAY, I miss a day of work and was left waiting for five hours just to find out (after I came in touch with them) that the engineer miss my booked appointment because he was providing services to other clients. asked for compensation due loss and inconvenience, however I was told back to ask someone else for compensation because they don't take responsibilities. ( Ltd= Limited = money goes only one way).

We've been waiting for over 2 months for them to come to our flat to connect our doorbell to the system that they installed while our flat was unoccupied. The result endless waiting to arrange the appointments with the front-desk service and 3 NO-SHOW appointments! Not even a call nothing! I'm going to be posting a negative review on Google each day till you actually come to fullfil the service you're hired for!

Have been waiting since August for them to install a door entry system through Notting Hill Genesis. They consider that knocking on a ground floor door to try to gain entry to a 2nd floor flat is an appropriate way of trying to make contact. Engage your brains people, that will not work and there is no doorbell as that is the job you are there to complete.

Very poor customer service. Never trust them just waste the time and money. I'm not recommended.
