Prue was perfect! Attentive, polite and always available! We were looking for a place for a long time and with different real state offices and the experience we had with her and Featherstone was the best! Thank you Prue e Jo!

We had a really good experience with everyone from this branch but specially Prue: We saw one flat that was really nice but not quite the size we were hoping and not only were they lovely at the viewing, but they called us after to follow up and immediately suggested another flat that was not even advertised yet but would fit our requirements a bit better. They booked as for a viewing right away and good thing they did because that is now our new flat!! Prue was very patient and friendly all throughout the process and went out of her way to get everything done in a record time as the landlord was going away and we needed to get everything sorted in a few days too.We had seen about 20 flats with different estate agencies and this one was the only one were absolutely everyone we spoke to was always beyond lovely and helpful, which was one of the reasons we chose this property: 10/10 would recommend!

I would highly recommend using Featherstone Leigh in Kew as your agent when you come to sell your property! From start to finish, Prue, Jo and Hayley have been absolutely wonderful - and I don’t think we’d have got it across the line without them.From the initial introduction with Jo, we were immediately put at ease with her personal approach to listing - we were able to pop the team a WhatsApp whenever necessary, and were always kept up-to-date with when viewings were going to take place and then feedback followed shortly afterwards.Once we had an offer, Prue was an absolute star in making sure things kept moving along. This was not an easy sale due to the involvement of various management companies, but Prue was relentless in chasing in order to make sure the deadlines we needed to hit were met. The constant communication and badgering of third parties meant we were able to hit a much needed deadline!Overall, working with the team has been a delight, and a breath of fresh air from what we’d previously experienced elsewhere.
