squeezing out any healthy reasonably priced Sainsbury brand products in favour of more expensive and less healthy branded products, eg low sugar sainsbury corn flakes no longer available you need to buy more sugary branded ones. Used to be more of a local community store but now more like a garage forecourt shop. Odd that despite being virtually the same size as other 'sainsbury locals' they charge far more, eg for apples in comparison to Sainsbury Local in Petts Wood. And their apples, despite high cost, seem to be repeatedly frozen and defrosted and are sometimes inedible. Dreadful and I hope Sainsbury close it and allow a local retailer to open up again.

Very handy, bit more expensive than larger stores but local as it says.Sadly I just wanted a basic Cadbury dairy milk chocolate, they had a load of other varieties nuts ect but no straight forward Cadbury dairy milk chocolate. Sad.

I shop here most weeks but have noticed, and not because of Covid the sales peoples attitude towards those who, like me use the till rather than the express check out that they don't help in loading my bags which was done in the past !

Went to pick up a bike I bought off Argos today, the chap who worked there very kindly put it into the boot of my car for me.Certainly wasn’t expecting it, so it was a very pleasant surprise.

Rude person on check out who insisted everyone use the self scanning machines. I tried to use the self-scan app but the app asked for verification from a member of staff - told no one had been trained on how to do that.

Had an awful experience today collecting my package. A female member of staff (dark brown medium length hair, white, no glasses, middle aged), seemingly in charge, forced me to wait for my package outside in the rain. She was rude from the moment I entered the store, asking me to wait outside despite the door staff letting me in. I was then finally let in, got served, and was waiting for my package, but was told multiple times to go outside and wait, despite it pouring with rain outside.It's a real shame, because I like that Sainsbury's, and thought I would support Argos rather than purchasing online. This one member of staff ruined my experience, and I will not be visiting this Sainsury's local whilst there is a chance I may run into this woman again.

Always seems to have stock n after has very good offers as found in the main Sainsbury storesOther prices are acceptable for a local supermarket as is their product selection
