Horrible experience - hiding incident/injuryOn the 3rd day of childcare, our baby comes home with a bib (he only wears bib at meal time) when we removed it we found scratches on his neck and ear.We called Stacey (voicemail) and texted a picture asking if she knew what happened, this was 1h after the pick up.She replied only the next morning, leaving us the whole night worrying if our 9 month old might have hit his head!She said that she had forgotten" to mention an incident with another child at her care who tried to hug our son and scratched him with their finger nails! We asked for elaboration. Next thing she did was to cancel the childcare which was scheduled for the next day

Highly recommend Sancroft Childcare services. Stacey and Yolanda have looked after both my boys over the past 3 years. The setting is very calm and both boys are happy, well behaved and confident! Stacey has kept us up to date on their progress and is attentive to their needs. She’s also trustworthy, reliable and has accommodated us with flexibility over the years.

THE BEST! Stacey has been in my family’s lives for nearly 4 years from looking after my first born to my second aswell. I would recommend her to any and everybody who asked.Stacey has created an environment in her home where children can thrive and excel in all skills. My eldest ( 4 years) was with Stacey for 2 years and abit before starting nursery and Stacey helped us with everything from learning to feed herself, to helping us build a routine at home when we were struggling , to potty training to prepare for nursery. She learnt so much there and was provided with so many experiences that me and my partner simply couldn’t provide due to work. The work Stacey and her two assistants put in has had so much positive impact on her life and she is smart and so well spoken for her age. She is social with other children and Stacey and her team have been a big influence in that.Stacey also looked after my second born and she was amazing and helped us so much with the transition from 1 to 2 children. She is amazing, kept us informed through pictures, regular meetings and progress books where you can literally see your child grow and see what they get up to everyday over time.There is a bad review on here but anyone who has doubts because of it, please don’t. That is not a true account of Stacey and her setting. I hate to see that people can write these awful things. Stacey has been the best thing to happen to our family and we are lucky we found her. I settled both my children with no problems, they were excited to go everyday. She had such a great bond with them and I loved that. Of course as children grow and play with other children and become more mobile they get bumps here and there but that is expected. Honestly they got worse bumps and scapes at home than they ever did with Stacey which was a rare occurrence anyway and stacey always informed us.Unfortunately, we have moved away and so can’t bring the children to Stacey anymore but we will never forget her and my children still remember and talk about her.

Our daughter has been going to ‘Stacey’s house’ for 1 3/4 years, since she was 11 months old. We have full confidence knowing she is well looked after and her needs met. Stacey has turned her home and garden into what feels like a mini nursery, with so many carefully selected toys and a shed full of resources, to make imaginative and age appropriate play opportunities for all the children. Now our daughter can speak she tells us about new words, songs, stories, outings and games they have been playing, as well as what she ate each day - helping to expand her horizons beyond what we can offer at home. Stacey has always communicated with us professionally over any health issues, sleep patterns, weaning, potty learning and keeps an amazing diary of notes and photos showing her developmental progression. She has shared knowledge and offered advice when we’ve asked.We are so grateful to Stacey, her assistant Yolanda, and appreciate the family atmosphere at the setting where our daughter gets to mix with various ages and has developed a friendship and bond with everyone there. It’s been a huge relief knowing she is always happy to be dropped off each day.Fully recommend Sancoft Childcare Services. Always very reliable and organised.

Best home from home for our little one we could have asked for. Stacey looked after our daughter for almost 3 years (since 13 months) and was always loving, caring with great attention to development of our daughter. Her home and garden is a lovely well equipped safe space for children of all ages to play and explore. Our daughter enjoyed every second at Stacey's and made a few friends.

We have had our daughter with Stacey now for over one and a half years, and she has provided a safe, stimulating and fun environment for our child throughout this period of time. She has dedicated her home and time to make the days our daughter spends there extremely engaging and varying, as well as being educational. We have seen our daughter progress socially over her time with Stacey, interacting with children of varying ages. It is a space I feel fully comfortable leaving her and Stacey has also been extremely generous and flexible with extended child care and timings to fit around our schedule.Highly recommended.

I am really happy with the service provided. Stacey has been taking care of my little one since she was only 5months old, and it's now almost 3. Always helping and supporting when needed. Never had an issue with her before. My girl has learnt a lot during her time there even that she is in only twice a week . Really sad to see reviews like that discrediting all the work that she has done.On my personal experience I was able to see the whole place before leaving my girl in, I had all the time I wanted to observe and ask questions, she explained all the contract and how she works, about the settle in sessions where I would leave my baby alone with her so she could start bonding with her and I never have any problem with it.Always had time for me when in doubt or if If I wanted to ask her for any advice or personal opinion about my kids development.Has always being really accommodating with my circumstances or changing of needs.Even that English is not our first language, neither the language that we speak at home, my girl has learn loads on just those 2 days with her, made friends and really enjoys going there.As expected with any child has been days where the baby was more mummy needy or grumpy that has cried at the arrival but always has left the place happy and wanted to go back.Definitely I highly recommend her services!
