Hypnotherapy in South Yorkshire

I have been having some sessions with Bernadette over a few weeks. Covering different issues, but mainly grief of losing loved ones.Bernadette listened to me, and focused on my particular issues in a very caring supportive understanding way.I didn’t know what to expect as I had never had hypnotherapy before. But she put me totally at ease and explained exactly what she was going to do.All I can say is wow the way she has helped me, words can’t describe my gratitude towards her. I was having problems sleeping. Constantly worrying over minute details that seemed overwhelming. I contacted Bernadette and through a series of sessions I came to terms with what I can only describe as stupid anxiety over things that really didn’t matter. Bernadette helped me recognise this and I soon found myself able to compartmentalise these issues and deal with them. I soon recognised that I had been stressing about nothing and once I had understood this my sleep returned to normality. Nothing is ever a quick fix but with time and patience as shown throughout by Bernadette I recovered.Totally recommend Bernadette wholeheartedly

Just a quick one to say that I met Bernadette a few weeks back and I was very sceptical. She instantly put me at ease and reassured me that I would see a positive change. How right she was.
