If I can give them minus points, was better ,,,This is not happen first tym.. but many times, them behaviour, them way of helping clients, them way of attending calls, very very very very bad ,, even my partner changed GP due to them behaviour.Same story with calling them, waiting list always starts from caller nr. 8,,, spend 30 or 40 minutes just of waiting…If u r on tym at ur appointment , u still have to wait minimum 15 min …. And u r just 5 min late… so u have to book a new appointment.I advise to people, don’t join them. Better choice some other GP…Disappointed,

Wouldn't even give 1 star if that was an option, literally the worst surgery ever. It's near impossible to actually getting in touch with a doctor. I have rang for 2 consecutive days and had to wait over 25 mins in a call queue just to be told the message board is now closed and try again tomorrow. When you try to explain that you work and it's hard to keep calling and waiting in line for over 25 mins everyday you are met with attitude and told there is nothing we can do the message board is closed. The reception staff are not very professional and don't really know what they are saying half the time, was told I have iron deficiency and to take over the counter folic acid for it. These are two different things. It would be better if the doctors actually called to discuss blood results or atleast provided the receptionists with better instructions and details on the results so they could correctly advice the patient.

MashAllah Abdul bhai is a real magician. I am one of the patients whose blood test is not an easy job but Mr Abdul does it like I dont even feel a needle scratch. In first 2 seconds he can find the vein. Brilliant guy.

Spent 40 minutes in the queue at 8.30am only to be cut off as it was my turn...this has happened several times. The most distressing way to begin your day. Totally unacceptable!

I was told to call at 8.30 and was caller no 2 then the call dropped and I couldn’t get reconnected after that despite trying continuously for the next hour

Had my blood test from abdalrahim. He was fantastic. No messing around found the vein immediately. I have very difficult veins and other professionals struggle he was fantastic. Definitely recommend will ask for him again

Absolutely disgusting service, have been on the phone for 2 hours and 10 minutes and have gone down from caller number 8 to caller number 3, this surgery needs to be shut down for medical neglect!

Would give them a minus if possible. All the staff should be fired and replaced with people who can actually do their jobs correctly. Switch their phones off when it suits them and answer when it suits them. Hopefully they get closed down soon enough or replaced by people who know how to operate a surgery.

Went for a blood test, I hate the needles. The practioner Adullrahman Hallam was gentle and took the blood quickly.
