Been here a few times now, for keys and also to have the battery in my car key replaced.Dan is brilliant, very quick and every key works perfect.Prices are reasonable, would definitely recommend.

Had a tricky situation with car keys. Only one and very worn. Couldn't even open the bonnet. Dan, the Manager at Basildon Mayflower not only managed to cut a perfect key to do all but has given me a fantastic price on a fob key, third of the price at Fords. Saved me a lot of money and hassle. Very good service indeed.

Popped in today to get the battery changed on my watch. Met with Peter, very professional who found a couple of small issues but resolved straight away; highly recommend.

I dropped my son's school blazer for dry cleaning at Timpson Tesco in Mayflower Retail Park. On the day of collection, I was told it wasn't ready, to return the next day but shortly after leaving the shop, I received a call saying the blazer hadn't been dry cleaned. This was on a Friday and my son was due back in school the following week. I was left with a dirty blazer to sort myself out. What a shocking service

You don't find customer service like this very often. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and helpfully. He was also very caring in regards to a injury I have, safe to say he made my day!

My car broke down at the Tesco petrol station, thought it might have been an issue with the immobiliser so went to Timpsons to get my key checked. He checked the battery and the immobiliser signal which were both working fine, so he offered to come take a look at my car at the petrol station.He managed to get it going, suspecting a lose battery connection. He saved me a 3 hour wait for the RAC!He was so nice about it all, me and my partner offered to get him something from tesco but he refused. Honestly he went above and beyond with his customer service, genuinely a very lovely guy, and definitely deserves a nice Christmas bonus!
