Disgusting place to work the way they treat staff, Managment needs to be investigated and dismissed them selves.

Having worked for crusader medical care for over 11 years I can say I have never worked anywhere else where I feel more valued and respected as a worker, you get lots of benefits such as paid breaks, Christmas parties free meals and also added bonuses. Crusader medical care is honestly a home from home all residents are cared for to an extremely high standard as are workers, management are truly amazing and liase extremely well with employees a truly lovely place to work.

I have worked for crusader medical care for the past 10 years. I have progressed within company from a carer to a senior carer and I am now working as an Activities Therapist. Working with residents who exhibit challenging behaviour to enhance their quality of lives, to promote their independence and support their personal development is highly rewarding. In the past I used to move from one company to another but now I'm grounded and content until my retirement. Not only are the St Albans staff my colleagues but many have also become close, life long friends of mine too.
