Never been to Greggs before. As being vegan but choice great had a Mexican pasty. Was fantastic great price and lots of flavour. Shop clean and tidy staff member just needs to smile and interact with customer a little. If you want to Upsala we were not asked if we needed a drink or if there were any specials for a lunchtime deal.Would go back but would hope a little more customer service training is implemented .

Great fresh hot steak slice, but expensive for what you get, coffee was good too, oh yeah not to mention the box of caramel doughnuts.

13:30 ish stopped for lunch and to my surprise there was almost nothing in the hot counter, ordered what was there, 1x cheese bean sausage melt, pizza slice and vegetable sausage roll and 2 hot drinks. After paying we then waited 5 mins later had to ask for our drinks. But the worse yet to come, it wasn't a vegetable sausage roll but a normal one. Not what my vegan partner wanted. Only 2 staff (both very young) and looked like no management. Also rubbish on floors and table not cleared. Will be sending email to head office

So it’s Greggs. Were the tables wiped down, no. Did they have in what I wanted to buy, no. But did I manage to buy a pastie that somehow contained more calories than a take away pizza, yes! So let’s just give it 3 stars and state that no one was a winner in this exchange

We arrivwd 7 40 in the morning and all the food we order is cold looks like from yesterday!!very unsatisfactory! There are no any sandwich available!

Young lad serving us looked like he didn't want to be there. We ordered and paid. Then we had to ask again for the sausage roll we didnt get. . We had to pay separately for that. Then we had to ask again for our coffees that he forgot. And the toilet hadn't been cleaned for a while......
