Very poorly done, she had painted my nails and they were dry when I left but when I got home they were completely streaky and horrible. There was also still dirt under my nails. Extremely poor customer service, I called them up to say I was not happy and the lady very rudely said I can’t do anything about it over the phone. Not even a simple I’m sorry please come and we can sort it out for you. There are much better nail places that do a much better job not worth £15. I asked for my money back and a refund it apparently not possible. The lady said she would repaint my nails but that is it. Do not go here!! I went back in 30 minutes after getting them done and instead of being helpful the lady complained about how bad my nails are and how she couldn’t do anything. Horrible place and service.

The technicians I've come across were all experienced. Some more polite than others.

Amazing people, love the nails. I’ve been a loyal customer since last year July. I only go for natural colours or for shellac.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I’m never disappointed. The staff are lovely. The salon is spotless. The pedicure massage chairs are heaven. And they always do a great job with my nails and eye brows. Highly recommend!

This was my second vist today and after a not so great finish I was not too sure about revisiting. My first visit left me with extra glue on my fingers and the nails were longer than I wanted. However I have decided it was the male technician that doomed that day. Today a female technician did an infill and even she asked me where I had my nails done. When I replied with here" and by who she and her colleague exchanged words to which I can only assume "not surprised". My nails are now as I intended short and sleek and nicely finished. A* service and ambience was perfect."

Would not recommend as on the occasion we visited their manner was unfriendly and not warm at all. Had asked on the telephone for our 10yr old to have a nail art as part of her treatment- just a love heart on her thumb, however when we got there they would not do it, and said she could only have it with gel nails! We have friends who we know had it done without having gel nails, so could not understand the lack of parity. We found them unhelpful and instead of speaking to us politely, they spoke to each other about us instead- assuming that we would not understand!Might be a one off but we will choose elsewhere going forward. The positive was the massage chair, whilst having my pedicure and the varnish was applied well.
