We used JEM Drain Care at work with a completely blocked drain and no working sink.Jordan carried out an exploratory dig and identified the problem. one option was unrealistic, but he came up with a solution and now we have a sink again.He prioritised our job to fit round building use and his communication was excellent throughout.The work was professional and neat, and the price was very fair.I would recommend Jordan wholeheartedly and he will certainly be our go to drainage engineer from now.Great workGreat communicationGreat price

Jordan offers a service second to none. Recently he cleared a blockage at my daughter's house. He took just 10 minutes. So impressive but most of all reassuring. Jordan is very knowledgeable and gives excellent after care advice too. Would highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend JEM Drain Care highly enough. Jordan came out quickly at short notice to my mother‘s house to fix a blocked pipe that had split. Jordan was very conscientious and professional and he even took his shoes off when he came into my mother‘s house.I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt that I wanted to share my positive experience.

Had a blocked drain crisis. Jordan responded on FB to my post. He popped round the following morning, identified the issue which fortunately did not require any major works, advised a straightforward solution.Highly recommended Jordan to give a honest assessment.

Jordan came to sort our unpleasant drain out literally at the drop of a hat! It was outside the front of our house and smelt so so bad. Within a shot it was sorted, he had put preventative measures in place to stop any future issues and kindly cleaned any stinky overspill - all at a very good price.

When having an extension done on my property I needed CCTV done on my pipework under where the extension was planning on being built before and after completion. Jordan from JEM came out and completed the job quickly efficiently and was a really friendly guy. Everything we needed for the water board he carried out for us for a really good price and I cannot fault his work, credit to him he loves what he does, highly recommend

JEM Drain Care came out to sort out a problem we had today, and it was a dream service. No issues, a quick and fully diagnosis of the problem, and then the issue was rectified. I was informed about all aspects of the process, given advice to avoid a repeat of the problem, and could not be happier. If you have a problem with your drains then JEM is the solution.

Booked Jordan to do a CCTV survey, he arrived when he said he would and completed the survey promptly and professionally.He then checked another section of our drains (not part of what we had paid for) and noticed they were silted up so he netted them clear for us, completely free of charge, to prevent this becoming an issue in the next few years. A sign of a true honest tradesman!Reliable and honest, can’t get better!
