Bath Balloons

This balloon flight was supposed to be an exciting treat and turned out to be a disappointing chore. I paid £145 for this experience and it felt like i paid them for us to work, they wanted us to pull the balloon out and help inflate it before taking off over 20 minutes late(19:30). During the flight we came within 10 metres of a electric pilon line which was alarming. When we came to land the pilot misjudged it so we continued flying until we landed(almost 20:55) in a random field. Once on the ground we were then coerced into packing the balloon away which was unpleasant. The pilot then tried to get us to pay £20 for e-mailed digital photo of the trip which was very disappointing. In all the pilot was rude to elderly and disabled customers and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company at all.
