Ryan is always punctual, efficient, friendly and fully explains what he is doing. Would thoroughly recommend him to anyone requiring a heating engineer.

I have just moved into a new flat, and had a small problem with my hot water tank. Ryan was quick to respond, arrived on time (I particularly liked his 10 minute warning that he's on his way), immediately put on over-boots over his shoes without being asked and was thoroughly nice, professional and thorough. Parts were needed, and he returned 2 days later to fit them.I would recommend Ryan to anyone - he is a credit to his profession.

Ryan and associate came today to add heating controls to three radiators. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently and good advice offered. They were extremely pleasant and helpful and I would certainly use them again for any further work.

Needed a plumber urgently and Ryan was able to come and sorted out the problem quickly and even did some additional work installing a new programmer for the heating and hot water. Ryan is always very helpful, explains exactly what is needed and is friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent service from Ryan, he came out the same day, fixed the issue. He was neat and tidy, putting back the heavy washing machine when he finished, leaving everything clean and ready to use. Ryan did a fantastic job of repairing my parents antiquated heating system. He always explained what he was doing and why he was doing it which I particularly appreciated. He also gave useful advice on any potential follow up action. He was courteous at all times and cleaned up perfectly. All for a great price. Highly recommended!

I would like to start by thanking Ryan at RSD Heating Ltd for his excelled service. Ryan is always very polite and we really appreciate his attention to detail. Ryan has been servicing the boiler for a few years now, and as the boiler is in the loft, Ryan will take a photo and show us of anything we need to be aware of. Ryan also sends a gentle reminder just before the boiler is due its yearly service, which we really appreciate. Ryan has also recently removed a radiator in the kitchen and returned to fit a new one several weeks later, which allowed us time to decorate. Nothing is ever a problem.
