I have called this guys 3 working days ago and asked for the EPC to be arranged for one of my BTLs. I have called again this morning and been told to call the estate agent myself and arrange for access or go elsewhere. Waste of time, unprofessional and unreliable.

I found myself in a situation where I needed a SAP assessment for some work starting imminently after the LABC were being very slow. I called Muhammed at Manchester EPC and he was fantastic. He worked his hardest to get the assessment done as quickly as possible for me - 48 hours between speaking to him on the phone and the work being finished and in my inbox - and on a Saturday nonetheless! I cannot thank him enough for his dedication and professionalism. I would recommend Manchester EPC to anyone!

Muhammed came the day after I contacted him to undertake an EPC. He was polite and considerate, especially as regards social distancing requirements. I was kept up to date with regards his arrival time at my property and the survey was undertaken within an appropriate amount of time. The report arrived the same day. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. Great service.
