I've lost count on how many times me my wife and the dog have come to this beautiful little site with our tent. If you want peace, wildlife, beautiful walks around every corner, a couple of pubs a stones throw and two amazing hosts that make you feel like you've known them years then get yourself to Thurlmoor Farm. And might I add it's the cheapest and best value we've ever known. I'd rate them 10 stars if we were allowed.

What a beautifully peaceful site with amazing views. Absolutely loved it here and we will definitely be back. Good clear communication from the owner to book, met on arrival and shown where to pitch and given lots of info about the area. It’s an absolutely idyllic little site, so lovely to just sit out and enjoy the views, listening to the birds and the cows and ideally placed to explore the area.

Great wee campsite has water, Elsan and rubbish bins.I'm not sure of toilets etc but we don't need them so it's perfect for us.Lovely view

Just back from Thurlmoor farm the owners Gary and Millie were very helpful. The site has Grass pitches and good facilities and the views are amazing. We stayed there so we could cycle part of the Trans Pennine trail which we did the road to the trail is quite steep but the trail is reasonably flat we cycled down to the Thurgoland tunnel which is worth going to. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful place amazing view in good or bad weather. Plenty of walks and attraction in area bus route or walking. Or if u drive. Perfect friendly service of owners well kept n easy acsess. Will be returning :)

The views from this campsite are truly wonderful. You've got plenty to do you can walk to the trans pennine trail or ride your bike there's Dunford bridge to visit ,Penistone 5 miles away . Gary and Mille are very welcoming top friendly place great communication

Such a lovely, quiet gem of a site with a fantastic vista across the Don Valley and Trans Pennine Trail. The perfect place to unwind and forget about the stresses of life beyond the campsite. Relax and take in all that nature has to offer. Walks and cycleways within easy reach from the site. Gary and Millie are welcoming and friendly. Our number 1 getaway haven.
