Çrap to expensive better off getting stationery on line it's a lot lot cheaper. I went in to get a invoice book there price £9.99. Got exactly the same invoice book on line £2.99 . So if I could give less than 1star I would..

First class. I was looking to scan large plans. This store did not have such facility but moved heaven and earth to find one which does. Never seen such helpful service done with a smile!

So thankful to the two lovely ladies that went to the enth degree and helped me and a friend send our luggage to Edinburgh, 3 (or so) weeks ago. They did everything in their power and wouldn't take no for an answer!Diana (Supervisor) and Susan (Sales Assist.), our luggage arrived without a hitch and the trip went on as planned. Forever grateful for your help!!

I was pleased with my purchases, but I felt upset and angry interacting with one of the Chiswick Rymans staff because of the inadequate way she was communicating with me, which was difficult for me to deal with due to my severe invisible disability. Finally, on the plus side, the aforementioned member of staff did say something positive to me.

I would give these folks more than five stars if I could, what a wonderfully helpful, patient, and friendly staff! I arrived with many parcels to send internationally and they helped me through every single step of the process including helping me repackage everything in the store and calling to make sure each of my packages and items were shippable. At no point did they rush me or seem bothered by the long process and they made what could have been a miserable experience a very pleasant one! I will definitely return to this location in the future for any shipping, printing, or stationary type needs. Superb service, I am in awe.

Absolutely marvellous experience! Came here to do some printing. I had quite abit to print and needed it in different sizes. Stuff was friendly and very helpful. Special thank you to Diana! She was a superstar!!! She was patient, listened to my queries and met all my needs. She even advised me where I could get an A2 print since their store unfortunately couldn't make one for me. All in all amazing service!
