Boux Avenue

Had a fabulous visit to The Boux Avenue store in Manchester! We had our bras fitted and measured and the retail assistant Rebecca was very lovely, bubbly and helpful, the staff are very welcoming and the products are amazing quality at a great price!! Definitely worth it ladies ❤️

Went in to exchange a gift we bought because it was faulty. When buying it it was on offer. When we exchanged it they charged the full price. It was their fault the product was faulty in the first place.

Rude manager. Wouldn't return item even though within return time, with tag and receipts and in perfect condition. Bras never fit properly anyway even when I change sizes accordingly. Such a pretty shop. Shame the quality of products and manager service are slacking.

I've shopped at Boux Avenue for several years and have always held the opinion that they are customer friendly. After visiting the Arndale store I've had a change of opinion. The staff were rude and useless to the point of offensive. I know there has been a pandemic for the lat 18mintjs, we are all aware of this but does not prevent them from having basic manners to their customers. We were refused to be assisted to take measurements, no idea why, I haven't heard that this is prohibited! How can you verify your size if nobody will assist with these simple details, an obvious must for anyone wishing to make a purchase in a lingerie shop! After taking my wife's measurements which were all in cm nobody could/would acknowledge what the cm measurements represented in inches, what is a 32cm wait equal to, I know it's not my strong point for measuring body dimensions. I would expect the staff to at least what measurements are critical in a woman's body!! Maybe I'm being too critical, maybe I am not, but common good manners doesn't require much of an effort for somebody who works in a supposedly 'luxury lingerie establishment'? I will definately think twice before I buy any of my wife's lingerie from the Boux Avenue shop and think again before I purchase anything online as their managent regime leaves a lot to be desired!

The staff at this store know what they are talking about. Full of knowledge and have helped me over the years since I first discovered the store. The tshirt bra is my fave. I couldn't try it on as of covid restrictions however you can exchange it in store for a next size. Peace of mind with La Boux which is what you require when bra shopping.Thank You

Staff here were lovely, had my bra measurements done and the girl was fantastic thank you Roxy, didn't buy anything on the day as the bras I liked are on line so purchased there

First time in a Boux store. Visited Manchester Christmas market & called in the Arndale centre. Great store, good prices, lovely packaging, helpful staff. Some pretty, feminine undies, pyjamas . Great find for my 13yr old granddaughter- they stock size 6, 8 up.

Love love love this store...very elegant and sexy. Nice atmosphere even down to the lighting and setting. Whoever designed this store thought long and hard a captures this pretty well. Prices are expensive very classy shop.

Merchandise arranged neatly and everything was neat despite being the sales and lots of people! Only a small store so naturally it is a bit crowded, but staff were mindful and ensuring floors were clear of trip hazards.Only one member of staff on the tills which meant a long wait and queue, which did block the top end of the store up. If two out the three had been open it would've significantly cut it down.
