Barnard and Brough Nissan - Haywards Heath

I recently took a PCP finances lease on a Nissan Juke with this garage and I can’t recommend them enough! Myself and my dad had the pleasure of meeting Lee Appleby who guided us and supported us through the whole process. I had unfortunately had a previous bad experience at a different car garage (not Nissan) and wasn’t overly confident in taking out another finance lease, however Lee restore my confidence completely.From the moment I got in contact to enquire about what second hand cars they had in stock, I felt that Lee went above and beyond to help find the correct car for us. There was no pressure at any point and Lee (which I had experienced perviously from the other car garage) and he very much understood our personal situation and helped us to find the best deal for us.Not only did Lee look in every option and explain them all to us, he showed us different models of the car’s; and also made contact with partnership dealers to see if they had any car’s at their site which matched what we were looking for.All the staff at Haywards Heath were extremely friendly and helpful, even when I had a question if Lee wasn’t able to come to the phone another member of the staff helped answer as best as they can but Lee always came back to emails and phone calls. We were always offered hot or cold drinks every time, even when we were just popping in to drop off paper work and made to feel like we were a really valued customer, despite how busy they were.What I love the most is Lee called about 2-3 days after collecting the car to check in everything was ok and asking how I was finding it. It really made us feel valued as a customer.Overall I would recommend visiting and using this Nissan garage if you are looking for a very good quality car and wonderful customer service! If you can pin Lee down at your sales man then you are sure to have the same experience we did.Kim and Rick Skinner.

A massive thank you to Lee who helped me and my fiancé through what could have easily been a painful experience of getting our first car. After being forced out of our lease from another company with short notice we were left with the potential of not having a car. After some research we decided to try out the Nissan Qashqai epower. We found that this dealership had one and requested a test drive without thinking we would go with them. After arriving though, Lee was really friendly and informative, taking us through all the options and how the costs would break down. Not only that but he took us through the car answering all our questions and allowed us to take it for a spin in a test drive, again showing us all its feature whilst being behind the wheel. We were sold but he still took the time to make sure we were fully informed about all our options and was not pushy or steering us towards a certain option. In total we spent about 2 hours with Lee and we never felt rushed or just another customer. He went above and beyond and we signed up to a PCP agreement. He continued to go above and beyond when I went to pick up the car by having it in the showroom itself (which you can see in the picture) and taking personal care to make sure it was in its best possible condition. Overall he made what could have been an awful and stressful position it to quite an enjoyable one and although I have only had the car for a few days when writing this review, I am loving it and I feel it matches everything i was sold. Recently bought an used 2019 Qashqai from Barnard and Brough and had an excellent experience. Craig was exceptional, he understood our requirement and gave us variety of options and explained different payment options. I found him very thorough in explaining car features and on the test ride he took us on variety of roads to test how the car feels. I am very pleased to meet Craig as he made the buying experience nothing less than buying a NEW Car. On the handover day, the car looked absolutely stunning and he explained a service and MOT package which turned to be great as well. He promised that if any issues come post handover he would be happy to have us back and take care of it.Overall great experience, great staff at Nissan Barnard and Brough.I would definitely recommend Craig to family and friends.Thank you.

We have just purchased a new Nissan Qashqai from Barnard & Brough. We visited other car dealerships and were met with various sales men. Some interested in what we wanted, other just pushy or not really listening to our needs. Completely the opposite when we visited Neil @ Barnard & Brough. He Let us look around the cars in the showroom, only approached us when we looked at him, rather than jump" on us as soon as we arrived. He explained what the cars had to offer and what Nissan could offer in the way of finance. We left with plenty of information. Returned

I recently bought a juke, Lee Appleby was the salesman I dealt with. From the minute I entered the showroom to look at the car, up until I drove away in the car he was nothing but helpful, friendly, informative and professional. He’s even sent a message since having the car to check everything is okay and I’m liking it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

I don't think 5 star is enough to be honest, Craig Macdonald really went above and beyond to provide best service he possibly can:1. He spent the whole afternoon explaining every detail of the car, the insurance, the service, the finance etc. EVERYTHING! Very patient throughout!2. There were some issues with charger installation, again, he quickly contacted multiple people, went through options and found a solution for us3. We now have issues with energy tariff, again, he is actively thinking about what can help us.Knowing Craig is there is reassuring. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Most important of all, he always thinks from customer's perspective and does what's the best for his client!
