Brilliant hour on the water, although the time goes quickly. So you may want to book 2 hours.It's really good that you have full access to pretty much the whole lake (unless marked) been to others where you only get a small area. So this stands out and able to explore more.

Great service, we turned up on the day and managed to scrape the last boat available.Great value for money and the guys let us on a little early and back for 7pm.The boat was a great runner and was exceptionally clean, saw the guys cleaning boats between each customer.Safety briefing and route out onto the lake was explained well. Make sure you book in advance if you want one of the premium boats as we literally missed out on getting one ourselves but the economy" boats are just as great."

Absolutely fantastic day we had. We hired kate. The boat was greatly spacious for 8 people but only seven of us went so even more space. Staff were fantastic and professional. Gave us all necessary instructions and safety rules. Got a map of the full lakes and all the spots to moor etc. Definitely will be doing it again. Also had RAF jets other planes fly by low too which were amazing

Decided to rent a boat last minute as the weather was truly cooperating. Staff were friendly and attentive and gave us a quick rundown of the boat and the shallow areas to stay clear of. Best way to get a nice 360 view of the area and two hour rental was just enough time to get to the North end of the lake and back . Boat was spotless clean and plenty of room .

Brilliant self hire boats.Really friendly staff, hired a boat for 2 hours which we took up to Waterhead. Fairly easy to moor at the public jetty and purchase cream scones for the return trip.Boat was in good condition and safe.Great experience

An amazing experience - Gloreitta to the top of the lake for a drink and a chilled cruise. Everyone so friendly and helpful and will definitely be back. Amazing

Amazing experience from start to finish. Booking online was super easy, took less than a couple of minutes to complete once we chose our allocated slot.We went for 2 hours in the electric boat. We checked in 15 minutes before hand as instructed. The lady (forgot her name) confirmed our arrival and sent us onwards to the next member of staff who gave us our life boats and a safety information before we jumped into our boatThe boat was clean and well presented. No visible damage at all. The boat has 3 gears, forward, neutral and reverse. Once we got going the experience was something else. Granted it was a little slow but it was capped due it being a lake at 10mph.We made it all the way to the top of the lake and back well within the 2 hours and thoroughly enjoyed our timeNo issues at all and I would heavily recommend it if you're taking a trip to the lake district/windermere
