Specialist Sports Therapy

I've been seeing Tilly regularly for 2 years now and I don't know how I coped before. I have multiple issues from chronic back pain, tension in my neck and shoulders, leg and knee pain and stiffness in my hips, Tilly has been able to help me in all of these areas. She's extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She makes me feel so comfortable and at ease when I see her. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Was recommended Tilly through a friend when I injured my knee, I'm a competitive strongman so it's imperative I heal to the highest standard. Tilly is very professional and really helped me to recover quickly and also how best to continue my training around my injury. Tilly kindly saw my husband at short notice, as he had bad knee pain. Following her examination/assessment she advised he may need surgery rather than physio. He then had a joint appointment with his GP & the surgery's physio, who ordered a scan, which confirmed a severe meniscal tear, so he was referred to orthopaedics for surgery. Obviously Tilly didn't benefit from his repeat custom, but her honesty was greatly appreciated, and her suspicions were spot on. Highly recommended.

Tilly saw my son in clinic after he had an injury during football. She was very patient and efficient with him, being thorough in her checks and also giving him a physio plan and exercises to follow at home to help his recovery. Thankyou so much! X

I contacted Tilly when my teenage son was struggling with an injury. He’d had to take a break from football and cricket and was in a lot of discomfort. He was finding it difficult to have to miss both sports he loves, particularly in the middle of a short cricket season, and Tilly was kind enough to fit him in for an urgent assessment. She immediately put my son at ease and always made sure she communicated directly with him, not just with us as his parent. It was clear that she is extremely knowledgable and we felt she did a thorough assessment. She took the time to get the full picture of my son and the sports he plays, not just focusing on the injury itself. She explained things in a way that he could understand and was able to get him to engage in and stick with a programme of exercises between his appointments. The appointments were also helpfully followed up with the mobility plan exercises sent via email. With her support he has now fully returned to his sports and has continued with his exercise plan to hopefully prevent a return of similar injuries. I highly recommend Tilly, she provides a fantastic service.
