I had Fran as usual who does an absolutely superb job every single time!She goes above and beyond to deliver an amazing level of service, offering drinks and magazines, taking the time understand what I want to achieve with my hairstyle and just generally making sure I am having a wonderful salon experience.The entire salon has a really relaxed and friendly vibe, all of the staff are brilliant and you feel so looked after and pampered.I travel an hour to visit this salon for my appointments after moving away from Stafford and I would not go anywhere else!Thank you to all the Francesco weeping cross staff for making every visit totally fabulous! X
