We (a group of 10) had a fantastic time learning how to Paddleboard with Russ and Harriet.There was great communication from Julie whilst navigating the booking and updating of attendees.We were a mixed range of levels and we all learnt something from our time out on the Medway.I would definitely recommend Epic Life to anyone wanting to start Paddleboarding for a fun day out.

We had an amazing time in tonbridge paddle boarding. The river was so lovely and the instructor very patient and we felt like we really achieved something. Highly recommended we loved it!

Feel I should review after over a year of enjoying the company and Paddleboard expertise of the Epic Life team. I've enjoyed lessons, progression sessions, day trips, social paddles, SUP yoga and trips away, special mention to Julie for her eternal patience and continued sense of humour! Highly reccomend, you're not getting rid of me!

Had my 1st attempt at paddle boarding with Epic life at Tonbridge. Dare I say it but I'm a senior citizen and the instructor was very gentle and patient with me. Thoroughly enjoyed the session, able to stand up. Now enjoying paddle boarding around Kent.

Had my first paddle boarding lesson yesterday with Epic Life. Instructor was great and helped build our confidence. We were in a small group and all standing in no time. Really patient and helpful instructor who has given me enough confidence to buy my own board!

I booked my sons Birthday party with Epic Life and what an absolute amazing team. There were 10 happy boys after about two hours of prep and paddle boarding. Julie in Epic life managed to rebook us after the site was closed due to constant rain and water level. A big thank you to Julie and her colleague who both very professionally and patiently managed 10 boys in the river.

If you are considering lessons for paddleboarding you won't go wrong with Epic Life. Russ and Harriet took us out for a fantastic session on the Medway yesterday. We were a mixed ability group, including complete beginners, and everyone went home with new skills and increased confidence. Thanks guys, we'll definitely be back!
