Millefeuille, chocolate ganache cake was delicious I didn’t like the Millefeuille too much cream for me

Nice macarons but pretty overrated when accounting for the price per unit.

Had an incredibly disappointing experience at Ladurée in Selfridges. The service from the South Asian gentleman at 4:30 pm was abysmal. It felt like he was doing us a favor by serving, making rude remarks throughout. Not the kind of treatment you expect, especially considering these were intended as a gift for a sick person. Questioning the training and wondering how someone with such poor customer service skills is representing the company. Management needs to address this issue promptly. Felt like I was inconveniencing him by expecting basic service.

Terrible service, walked away. Man at counter couldn't be bothered to look up from his phone. Lady who came to serve asked us not to use the narrow ledge because her price plates were jutting out. Then she pulled out a large paper bag to fill the macarons in. Had enough.Went straight across to Pierre Herme.

Service was lacking, macarons were delicious. Try the Marie Antoinette one. So unique.

Two weeks ago, I purchased a box of Eugenie biscuits for my wife and I to enjoy (she has recently given birth to our first child and I wanted to surprise her).The advertised prices showed the box would cost me £18.50. However, I was charged £21. When I enquired with the young lady who was serving me, I was told in a nonchalant manner that the prices had just changed and that the sign had not been updated.I have always regarded their products and customer service to a high standard but, on this occasion, I was left disappointed with the experience.Once home, it didn’t sit well with me and kept a bitter taste on how the situation was handled by that young lady so I reached out via email to the shop explaining the situation. Two days later, I received a response from the store manager Riccardo Vicentini acknowledging the error from their side and hence why there was a confusion. As an apology, I was offered a free Eugenie box and was requested to share my home address. After accepting the apology and sharing my home address, I can confirm that I still haven’t received it. I followed up asking for an update and was requested to share a specific day I would be home to not miss the delivery. I responded and haven’t heard back. We are now two weeks later and the box still hasn’t arrived yet.Riccardo, I am not going to chase you for something that is supposed to be non debatable and self-evident for you to act on. Your shop made an error, your member of staff reacted in a nonchalant manner, you were contacted to be made aware of the inconvenience and confusion at your shop and you are now taking your time to rectify things (assuming you even are). Since your priorities are not in sync with maintaining a top notch customer service, for me things are very clear. I feel compelled to never set foot ever again in any Ladurée shop.

I finally got to try the famous Ladureé after wanting to for a long time.Of course it's very expensive as they have a high reputation but as a macaron and dessert lover I have to say, very worth it for a splurge.I got a raspberry Ispahan and 4 macarons, so delicious. Manuela who served me was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

Bought some macarons as present - packed in paper bag.. they been not so nice in 1 hour…
