The atmosphere was peaceful when I wentFor the food, it was half coldFor the service, I was appaled the lady that served me and my associate pretended like I wasn't there, my associate was mixed race and so gave me the impression she has a colour issueOverall, was made feel welcome, or my business was wantedIt's been years since I went to Nandos, and I used to love going there, but prices went up too much, so I stopped going and came back to this. very disappointing

Waited half an hour for our order, a glitch in the system meant our order had not been registered. The staff member saw to it that our order was prioritised and we received it, quickly after notifying her. We were offered a complimentary item from the menu, and selected a salted caramel brownie for the error, and extra wait for our orders. The food was good, the staff were polite and accommodating. Overall, as a fan of Nandos this will not put us off from returning again.

The food was good. The quality of chicken could’ve been better. The restaurant layout isn’t the most ideal, i spent my meal in a cramped space pushed up against my table (mostly because of the person behind me that wouldn’t push their chair in). i just feel like there should be one or two less tables in the upstairs area to prevent this from happening. other than that, the staff were friendly and very helpful and i enjoyed my food.

I went here on Saturday 8th of July with my family to celebrate a BIG EVENT, and, this Nando’s RUINED IT! Me and my family used to come here often and it was very nice, friendly, and felt like a big family. But this time, it was different. The atmosphere was hostile. The staff here rude, ignored us most of the time, had “why are you even here” looks on their faces every time we had to force on of them to come to our table to serve us, and acted like they didn’t want to be anywhere near us. Very impersonal and horrible, I mean who do they hire nowadays? It’s like they pick just about anybody from the streets that want a job and don’t even train them in customer service. The service seemed more important than the customers. They use an app now and the service is very impersonal. I asked many time for help with the app and the server just kept repeating “use the app” and didn’t help me through anything and had a “if you don’t know how to use the app don’t be here” attitude. Nando’s used to be a good place to go with my family and now I can’t see its use anymore. The food somehow seems more underwhelming and common compared to other places and the personal, family-like atmosphere is GONE! Overall it was bland, and a waste of money.

Nando's does not disappoint for those that appreciate the food. This site is no different. The only let down was the amount of times we were asked if everything was ok, while with our mouths full on all occasions which became annoying after the third time. Restaurant had plenty of empty tables at the time, so it was not as if the table was needed and they were hurrying us to leave. Sat on the ground floor area, by the stairs, so had one of the girls standing there and who I assume was the manager standing behind us. Sat on the first floor previously, which was a more intimate and enjoyable experience.

Good chicken, bad sides. The corn was tasteless, dry and chewy. The coleslaw portion was tiny and the rice was very dry. I always find Nando’s is overpriced and the box for every single tiny side is super wasteful - cardboard with food on it isn’t recyclable.

First of all everything good staff ready friendly and good atmosphere, when I arrived with my mother the music was really loud for us so we ask to the the staff to put it down and they did which I appreciate, special thanks to Charlotte, the only negative point I would give it's they where low staff so they took a bit of time to get the food and the drinks, even do the food took hes time the drinks came even later, apart from that its a nice place to go with your family

staff very rude.The food is not of good quality because the staff add their hatred, not their love. The staff says woodgreen Nandos is mine and adds, We have been coming to Nandos for 15 years
