I started going here because it's really convenient for me to be able to go as and when I need, without an appointment. I'm very pleased with my choice! Jonathan has washed, cut and styled my hair twice and has done a fantastic job each time. Highly recommend going here for fast and efficient service at a really affordable rate.

I recently visited the salon for the first time and had an overall very negative experience. The stylist was unpleasant to deal with and left large sections of the hair uncut after I had explicitly told him that it was cut up shorter in the front and needed this trimmed as well. I have truly never had a cut like this before where the stylist took big chunks of hair, and cut it straight off. While doing so he pulled the hair hard and either did not know how to use the scissors properly or these must have been completely blunt.Even more disappointingly I reached out to supercuts after the event to share my experience. After being told that someone would get back to me within 5 days (and 7 days past and I had to send another email asking for a follow up), the customer service team told me I have never told the stylist I wanted the front trimmed and that I was wrong in my account and told nothing further could be done as the service was complete.

My wife was booked in with Johnathan for a cut , dye and highlights at a cost of £81 pounds whilst the above was good the fact that hair dye was left on her forehead neck ears hand and jumper seemed to be part of the package as well ,he also managed to soak all down her back with water because of a faulty wash basin. I was not happy to say the least . I went back to the salon and spoke to a pleasant lady called Kerrin who I must say handled the situation very well , she advised me that the area manager would need to be called to arrange a refund of costs , I wanted 100% of what my wife had spent refunded I was not a happy man. In the minimal amount of time this was sorted out for me and indeed I received a full refund and an apology.I would certainly recommend this salon, but not Johnathan for his his lack of professionalism .Avoid booking with him !

I booked an appointment for blond highlights just for the root. I came out of the salon with Strawberry blond hair, the hair stylist Jonathan, gave me a root tint and it was completely the wrong color. When I mentioned it at the salon that my hair appeared to be 'red' he suggested it was the lighting in the salon and it would wash out. Completely disappointed with the service and have asked for a refund, to yet I'm awaiting a reply. I've had to re-book another appointment with a different salon to fix it as wouldn't trust going back to Supercuts ever again.

I went in for a spontaneous haircut...and Julie has been very good and easy to talk to. I walked out with a new haircut and another appointment for colouring my hair . Julie with her experience could see what was missing and made suggestions for a change, which I was actually secretly thinking myself. So big yes for professionalism!

The salon is really good and staff are friendly and helpful but keep an eye for extra charges as they will not inform you they are adding extras until is time to pay. They have the prices on the window but when you ask the prices are higher than advertise and then staff looks down on you when you question it

Julie cut my hair two weeks ago , her attitude was nasty towards me, the haircut was horrendous on top of that she would leave me in the middle of a haircut to clients. I do not recommend her , horrible experience

Haven't been to this shop for a year , Julie did my haircut and blowdry, very happy and informative. Felt very relaxed. Will be back

Absolutely not happy. I usually have julie who was great, but i was on my lunch break and although id already checked in online for the hour wait, i had to wait another 30minutes when i arrived so settled for another member of staff to cut my hair. I agree about an inch trim to get rid of my dry ends, and said i usually have bouncy layers around my face so its framed when tied up. He then proceeded to chop into my layers, and cut layers as short as my fringe. I did not ask for that. I said ive never had my layers cut this short before and he said he just wanted to blend them in. It looks silly, i look like i have a mushroom cut, and now i am going to have to wear my hair tied up until it grows. Unfortunately i havent gone back to complain because how can they fix hair they have cut off, and i wouldnt trust them now!
