Really disappointed in our recent visit as we felt like a major inconvenience.The staff who were sitting and chatting when approached and interrupted were not interested in our question at all!So we left the store without ordering flooring and went straight to another company

I'm very happy with the whole service, from the beginning till the end. In the store Ali was a great help and advised us which lino we should go for. In the house the fitting team was quick, precise, and my bathroom looks very nice now. Highly recommended

Went in had a look came out. Decent selection of well priced carpwts abd floorings. Nothing special.

Great shopping experience from start to finish. Store was well laid out and advisors were all excellent. My new stair carpet looks amazing so I'm a very happy customer and I would highly reccomend using Tapi.

Tapi in Kirkcaldy were excellent to deal with. We were replacing carpet in our porch and although it was a small area the staff were excellent in helping me choose the right carpet. Thank you Rebecca for your kindness and patience. Thank you also to the fitters who did a great job. They are top blokes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to Tapi.

Some get great service some get basic going by other reviews. I got basic. I buy when its great....or even good, basically if I feel that my custom is wanted. Didn't have time for me and when engaged in service it was....basic. No price match as couldnt identify their own stock, no actual quote given even though measurements were provided and three alternative Tapi carpets were selected. First and last time visit and I wouldn't recommend.

Terrible experience at Kirkcaldy store very arrogant salesman who was having a bad day, we bought flooring thinking we had a concrete floor and the joiner advised us that it was a wooden floor under the old laminate, we phoned the salesman and asked if we could change the floor to a different product that would suit us better and were basically told no chance as we made the mistake and he had ordered it in now, we also had to pay a delivery fee even though we wanted to pick it up! Apparently customers can’t be trusted to look after their own flooring so need to pay 35 pounds instead. I will never use tapi carpets again and that was after buying 3 carpets this year already. Had a bad experience with the same sales person with the last carpet I bought also, we choose a carpet paid for it and it was to get fitted soon after, the day before he said it hadn’t arrived yet and as I was desperate he said he had a similar carpet of same spec and colour he could do so I was happy, only after the fitters left a receipt did I realise it was about 10 pounds a sq metre cheaper! I obviously phoned and asked for the money back and got store credit, avoid in future

Excellent service from start to finish, we only went into store for a look but Megan found us the perfect carpet at a great price. Even without exact measurements we were able to secure our carpet and fitting. This was followed up by a lovely gentleman who came and did exact measurements and then a great team of fitters on the day who showed attention to detail and even hoovered up after themselves. Great communication throughout the process we'll definitely be back.

Was promised a dog and near enough scratch resistant flooring. Scratched within the first week and not worth the money. Lvt is a big letdown.

I never thought I'd find carpet suitable for my new office and I'd never bought carpet before. The sales people were great explaining everything I needed. The prices were great and delivery was perfect
