We have been under the care of Panorama for 3 years, we just wanted to say how efficient and good service we always received when contacting them with regards to a problem at our rented home. They always respected that it was our home Fiona the lady who came to do the inspections was always courteous and friendly and listened to any issues arising. Our landlord has sold our property on and thankfully we were able to stay. Again Panorama where helpful giving us relevant information when needed. We wish them onward future success.

I rented from Panorama for over three years and in all that time, I never had reason to complain.The deposit was put into TDS on the same day the tenancy was signed and returned very promptly at the end of the tenancy.All maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and properly.Any inspection they wanted to carry out was always done professionally, with notice, and Panorama went out of their way to accommodate my schedule always booking inspections on days that I could be there.All statutory and regulatory requirements were always met (EPC, Gas Safety Certificate, deposit protection information etc.).It's also great that check in and check out reports are done by an independent third party.All staff that I dealt with were friendly and efficient.Cannot recommend this lettings agent enough.

Dealing with Panorama has been surprisingly refreshing. The agent we PREVIOUSLY let through were terribly unprofessional, poor at getting back to us on simple issues like maintenance and slow at returning our deposit.Panorama, on the other hand have been the most professional agent I've dealt with to date. They were always quick to get back to us while we were in the prospect" stage and even after we've moved in they usually get back to us reasonably quickly on matters like maintenance.Their fees

I have been letting flats with Panorama since 2005, and i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In my view they are the key to hassle free letting. The legal side is professionally done and the vetting produces good, reliable tenants.Maintenance is done quickly and without inflated cost, in a flexible way according to my wishes.Since the beginning we have been through thick and thin and they have always had my best interests at heart.

My husband and I were lucky enough to use Panorama in finding tenants for our flat. We started to market just before Christmas thinking that we would probably have to wait until the new year, however, we were very pleased when 2 weeks later we had an agreement. This would certainly not have happened as quickly had both Kate and Simon not worked so hard...simply put; they were fantastic!
