AFFUL HEALTH AND FITNESS
I’ve been having one on one PT sessions with Yaba for 2 months and the results are incredible. She is so supportive and encouraging at every stage. She really listens to what my goals are and tailors every workout to take into account my personal abilities. The sessions are flexible and always have the right amount of challenge to keep me moving in the right direction.When I’m working with Yaba she shows me that I can achieve things I never thought possible. I feel like I can do anything if I put the hard work in and believe I can.

Quite a quaint place and excellent facilities although relatively small all on all. Gym couldn't accommodate more than around 10-15 people comfortably without you getting in each others ways. However this isn't your everyday gym. It is slightly more up marketA beautiful pool, steam room and sauna overlooking some amazing views.Not cheap for what you get however peaceful.Definitely worth a visit
