Ramsey Dental Surgery

I was always a bit reluctant to go to the dentist, but recently had a consultation as I had broken a tooth that I had allowed to decay. Managed to get me in less than 2 weeks later to have it extracted and received the best service and experience possible. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. I get very nervous at the dentists and was very anxious to have the tooth pulled, but thanks to my dentist Marta and the nurse Mandy, I was able to feel a lot more comfortable and at ease and they were very understanding. I couldn’t thank them enough!

Just returned home from another visit to my dentist,at the Ramsey Dental Surgery, where I have been a patientfor several years. I was greeted with a smiling face from the lovely Ashley on reception, polite, friendly and professional, who quickly booked me in. I had only been seated in the waiting room barely 5 minutes before Carly, my dental nurse met me to take me to the treatment room.Tiago Faleiro, my dentist met me with a warm,friendly greeting, I had a deep root filling and an extraction today. The whole procedure was totally pain free and so quick, I was only in the chair 35 minutes, once again the lovely Carly , Tiago's nurse, ensured all was well after the procedure before saying our usual goodbyes.The final part of booking a 6 month appointment with the lovely Ashley again an paying before leaving to come home. The practice has had extensive work carried out which has really enhanced the whole place,it is a pleasure to attend the surgery, something that I couldn't say at my previous practice, keep up the good work,many thanks and see you all next year, A ++++.

What can I say, going to Ramsey Dental Surgery is just a pleasant experience. Professionalism and care for the patient shines through in a very reassuring way.

I would like to tell people what a fantastic dentist this place is, Rachel is amazing she has been looking after me now for over 20 years and now my child. Which love going to the dentist which is priceless.I would like to say a massive thank you to Tanya the dental nurse, who held my hand while I had a tooth out. I’d never had a tooth out before and under estimate actually how much I needed it.

Absolutely superb treatment. Dentist was on time and dealt very efficiently and despite a complex treatment involving cosmetics.

Absolutely brilliant treatment.Laid in the chair for 90 minutes with mouth wedged open while a multitude of equipment went in and out on my mouth to finally be told all was done. I never felt a thing while listening to bbc2.Thank you .

John and his nurse Tanya never fail to put me at ease. I'm a nervous patient and they both understand my fear.I've been coming to this practice for many years and now travel as there isn't another Dentist or nurse that I would feel comfortable with!Thank you for taking care of me today!

Removed me from dentist list even though I had an appointment booked. They cancelled mine in October. Changed to January then removed as they are cutting nhs. Surely you should honour booked appointments .

a very good treatment the dentist was very gentle and I felt no pain with the treatment. receptions and always happy to see you and polite with a smile
