Have been working with Natalie for a number of months now to help out with our Maltipoo. To us it seemed as though he had gone from sweet and lovely to randomly aggressive for no reason.Natalie dedicated time and attention to us and our dog, understanding history, establishing behavioural patterns and exploring possible reasons to his acting out". Natalie has really supported me with my lovely pup, who has some insecurities/anxieties and resource guarding issues. She was always available to offer advice and more importantly encouragement. Natalie is a amazing! Our first Romanian rescue foster came to us in March, she is an older, big girl and has a who is a beautiful soul but has struggled with adjusting to life in a home and was shutting down rapidly. From the word go, Natalie gave us confidence and reassurance and set us on the right track to bring our girl out of herself. She understood exactly the challenges that we were having and immediately gave us techniques to help with building our girls confidence. But not only that, her fantastic, confident, positive and direct style also built our confidence with what we were able to achieve. So easy to get on with! She was never critical and only ever supportive, kind and very clear with her direction and instructions. And the proof is in the pudding, or the pooch! The progress that we have seen since talking to the amazing Natalie has been incredible! Asking for Natalie's expert advice was always for our rescue girls benefit, but actually we have benefitted so much and enjoyed our time with our lovely dog knowing that we are doing what will help her. Natalie's guidance was clear, simple, and effective, but so so encouraging. We can't thank her enough for making a huge difference to us and our fosters' every day. Amazing!

We've been working with Natalie for the last five months with our two rescue pups. In all honesty, I don't know what we'd have done without her. From the first point of contact where I was genuinely despairing and it looked like we'd have to re home both of the dogs, Natalie has been unfailingly supportive and given us the tools and knowledge to understand and manage our dogs' behaviours. Working with Natalie has been one of the best things we’ve done to help our spaniel Scout. Having someone who listens, understands and supports you is invaluable when you’re struggling. She quickly understood the issues we were having with Scout and put in a plan of action to help us get what we needed. Her expertise and understanding of dog behaviour and physical health bridged the gap with our vets and meant I felt much more confident explaining Scout’s problems to others.
