I have had a great experience working for this company for over 2 years, they treat people we support, their family / friends and staff of all job roles with the upmost respect offering support and encouragement to progress to the best of their ability.

Worst place to work for. Bullying from the top right down to the bottom

Most definitely the best place I have worked, so supportive and friendly, wouldn’t want to work anywhere else no more, amazing first 5 months.

Good support network for all staff including managers, lots of training provided to support you to fulfil your role, great teamwork, great benefits and perks from working with the company, it’s a company that listen to your views and are very proactive to act upon feedback.Not only person centred care for the individuals they support they are person centred towards each individual staff team member encouraging each member to progress and achieve their goals within their role.
