I paid £300 for a financial consent order at the start of January and have been ghosted ever since. I have called weekly and told I will be called back or emailed and nothing. They won’t let me speak to anyone. The call agent says they will get back to me but nothing.Absolute con. As others say avoid at all cost. This is a fake website that just takes your money. It’s criminal.

Rubbish service. The last time I phoned the girl was very rude and said you will get a divorce if you send us an extra £135 so we can get the bailiff s to get a signature from your ex.

I asked several times if there was any other charges after the £299 payment, I was reassured there wasn't, I explained that I did not have enough money for anymore charges. No one mentioned to me that there was an additional charge of nearly £500 for the courts. Had to cancel the whole package, I'm devastated and now waiting on a refund.

Appalling service. Weren't able to complete the process but refused a refund. No way of getting the moneyback. a complete waste of money and terrible customer service. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!

The absolute worst company ever!!Already a painful experience when a marriage breaks down. These vultures are terrible.Paid £388 and changed my mind in less than 48 hours. Was Prompted by there staff to obtain a refund i would need to log in which they gave me password over the phone for me to send an email. Turns out because i logged in at their request I am no longer entitled to a refund!!Theft and absolutely shameful!Will take the matter further!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not use, I paid £499 up front they then wanted another £539 up front, I had one call but no paperwork so I cancel only 4 days, the will not refund on the ground of distance selling, they are a fraud, they taken £499 from me after 3 days I wanted refund as I can do the divorce direct with the court it's easier. They refused my refund many times I asked them, companies like this should be closed down, you do not need them for a divorce, what ever you pay them you will have court fee on top £539. Don't let this happen to you please beware.

Total rip offConned me out of £900 for less than a minute of work because I accidentally clicked on the accept terms and conditions link which means you can’t change you mind. They are REFUSING TO GIVE ME ANY REFUND even though I didn’t need to pay for the consent order at the beginning.Can’t get hold of anyone on the phone, staff are like a broken record just reading a script over and over again with no help going forward.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO BUY FULL PACKAGE AND DELIVER NOTHING!!

This company is a joke! I have paid 500£ to get divorce and I’m still married! I have started my process in August 2022 and it’s Match 2023, I’m still only on clean break! Please, better find a trustworthy lawyer but don’t waste money on this company. They don’t want to refund me, they don’t proceed with my divorce and I’m already living abroad!
