When you order a drink, the staff here do not give you the correct drink that you’ve paid for. They are deliberately changing the ingredients or not including some ingredients at all. Hoping that you won’t notice *but they never told us the ingredients weren’t available* . The staff at the Swineshead Road store try this scam everytime we’ve ordered certain drinks.Not getting what you’ve paid for would be totally unacceptable anywhere else, it really is false and deceptive business practices. I never experience this scam elsewhere. Imagine buying a car and the car dealership gives you a different car to what you’ve paid for.The staff at this Starbucks store get very angry and start shouting insults at us whenever we mentioned it to them, it’s like the staff think it’s the Customers fault that the staff are not making the drinks how they should be made. If the store’s staff really have a problem with Customer complaints, then this could easily be solved if the staff make drinks correctly per the menu, then they’d be nothing to complain about.Why should it be so difficult to get the correct drink that’s on the menu? If I wanted different ingredients, then I would have ordered it.The Staff here often play their own music over the speakers that contain lyrics that are unsuitable for young children. I really don’t want to hear music about sex, gang violence and drug dealing.

I haven't had a sit-in at Starbucks in a long time. Went with friends and I had hot chocolate which was really nice. We got some pastries to share-- muffin, brownie (I think), lemon drizzle cake and they tasted really great. The banana bread could be better though. I expected it to be soft/moist but what we had may as well have been a cake. Happy to share my recipe for banana bread if they want ☺️

Poor staff not really friendlyI use to drink caramel latte at other starbucks its good over there but at this store it doesn’t taste the same and staff are not polite, doesn’t want to hear costumer’s choice in full.

Well sized Starbucks on the outskirts of Boston. Ample parking and friendly staff. Plenty of space for sitting inside and it's very clean and well kept. Coffee is good and service is fairly quick. Food is a bit pricey, but that's true of any Starbucks. Drive-thru is efficient if you don't have time to sit and chill.Overall, a decent coffee shop if you are passing by.

We have visited this Starbucks many times the staff have always been good and the drink and food good but today spoilt it completely. Someone came in with a dog and the assistant came round the counter fussing the dog and had it jumping up on her apron. After stroking it for a while she went back round the counter and straight to using the till and making a drink. Didn't even wash her hands! Now we wonder if she uses other basic food hygiene methods. Will go somewhere else in future. Shame!

Friendly staff, clean, well located for those to/from retail park and Tesco, lots of power sockets. My only suggestions would be to keep the savoury food section stocked and to possibly move the large table in front of the payment counter further into the room - if sat there would feel odd with people queuing and ordering directly behind you. A good Starbucks.

Never get given what I have ordered to the correct standard. They always miss the toppings off and sometimes the cream. When I had a delivery, they put a note in to say an item was not available but they took payment and didn’t offer a substitute. Awful service.

Came in to order a quick coffee before work, lady told me she will be with me in a second then proceed to take drive through orders as I waited, I asked when I'd be able to order they said sorry drive through take priority"This is not good service at all I thought to come in and order as felt it would be less rushed for them.Very disappointed"
