Got ourselves a tasty juice in the afternoon.Waiting was a bit too long - no line in front of us and after us - especially with 3 people behind the counter.The juices are tasty and reasonable prices.Biggest issue? Plastic..... plastic..Come on guys - you can a better job than that! Would def give you a 4 star or higher due to the taste but in these days a plastic cup is not the way to go, especially not if im sitting in.

The Sports Juice was so amazing that I've noted this company down for a future visit. The music was too loud to hear your number being called out. But the barman turned it down when he realised why I hadn't come to collect it.

Definitely the worst coffee I’ve had in a long while. Basically bitter water. Not worth the 2.8 pounds. You’re better off going to Pret (or any of the other chain or local options) down the street.

We’ve been to Joe and the Juice several times at other branches- the juices and food is always good. However at this store, employees are rude, lazy, standoffish, unbothered and have a lot of attitude for no reason at all. Not happy about the customer service. You need to change your staff who are leading you to lose business. ALSO WHY IS THERE NO INTERNET!!!

After being in London for one day I called in here for a cup of normal tea only to find out after I got it that they don’t do white sugar at all only brown sugar which brown sugar in tea tastes disgusting, after complaining and asking for my money back they surprisingly found a big bag of white catering sugar.All in all don’t come in here if you want white sugar in your drink as they don’t do it and they get quite rude and shrug their shoulders if you ask for it.

Had an iced vanilla matcha oat latte, my partner had a power shake. Both were very good, although the cinnamon roll was a little dry, the cookie was tasty :). Staff were very friendly and welcoming!
