Picked car up from Bravoauto today, excellent service provided from Matthew from test drive to collection. I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale and preparation of the vehicle, and the customer service provided by him was outstanding. Car looked brand new on collection. Would buy from here again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks for everything Matt.

Bought a car off Emma recently and cannot fault the service. She managed to turn it around in a matter of days for me, smooth and easy transaction made me feel really comfortable and had great knowledge. Had my car serviced with these guys on Friday and it’s fair to say it was the best all round service I’ve had for the car and personally.Dropped my car off first thing Friday and was welcomed by a team of friendly enthusiastic staff on entering what was an immaculate showroom.All the necessities done I head off for work and waited for the call on when the car was ready etc. A few hours later I was contacted to say the car was ready and the service was complete, I could collect it whenever suited myself. When picking up the car it turns out I was chatting with the manager James, very knowledgeable and friendly fella. He explained a few things that had cropped up during the service and is going to price up the work for me to be done there which is great.Bravo Auto may not be that local to me but it is a company and service I will 100% be using again and would highly recommend.Thanks for everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Returned a Land Rover Discovery due to multiple defects which I wasn’t made aware of pre sale. Vehicle was supposed to have a full service history, yet arrived with ‘Service Required’ showing on the dash and no stamp in the book. One electric folding mirror didn’t fold. Large patch of rust on the upper tailgate. Two full-width rips in the front seats after being described as, “No noticeable rips or tears”. No locking wheel nut key (or locking wheel nuts for that matter, leaving the wheels vulnerable to theft). ‘Restricted Performance’ fault indicating intermittently, sometimes accompanied by a red warning, sometimes an amber warning.All in all, not terrible, but not what I was expecting given the video and description of the car.In any case, as it was a 100% distance sale and covered by the distance selling regulations, I could return the vehicle, without reason, under my statutory rights.I was happy to draw a line under it when my money (a not insignificant sum) was returned, however… it’s now been 14 days from returning the vehicle and I still don’t have the refund I am entitled to under UK law.I expected better service from a company that’s part of one of the UK’s largest franchised retailer groups.

I have recently bought a new car . I had very good service . The car was delivered to me in Wales early on the dot and with 1 years service. Excellent. It came with 1 key and Emma and Rob sorted a second 1 with a garage near me. Can't fault the service .

I visited different locations shopping for a car, and felt several of the salesmen were a bit dodgy and out for themselves. However, when I met with Adam, he was easy to get along with and I could tell he was genuinely looking out for me. If you want a trustworthy and reliable salesman, Adam is a top choice.

Just got my car today and would like to thank Matthew for all his help. My car was written off and just waiting to get paid out so I could pay Bravoauto, Matthew was very understanding and kept the car on hold for me for over 2 weeks.
