I had ordered a backpack online from Tactree as they had the best prices around unfortunately the dreaded Hermes (Evri) ended up delivering it which as is usually the case with them they somehow messed up and either a driver decided to steal my package or they “lost” it in the warehouse after almost a week I decided to contact Tactree themselves (I wish I did this sooner)They got back to me promptly and straight onto Hermes who lied and said they dropped it off at the drop off point which when I checked they hadn’t done so not a problem however as Tactree were quick to issue me a new backpack delivered by DPD which I’m happy to report I received barely a day later I cannot fault their customer service at all and any issue I had was strictly with the courier which they were quick to rectify when I contacted them directly.

Service wise; really can’t fault any of my transactions, ever. Selection and availability of sizes can’t be faulted with quick dispatch on every order…. But just after my recent order i get an email from hermes with my tracking information, thats when i knew it was going to be fun….The parcel was delayed several times; then marked as “delivered to the resident” but I was sat in waiting and hadn’t had a knock at the door. By a twist of fait my partner was housesitting another property in the village that had a hermes delivery arrive as we were on the phone talking about my delivery. She quizzed the driver who informed her that the deliveries are just thrown in the back of his van; if he can’t find them he has to log them as delivered so he can get to his next call, then at the end of the day he has just the lost parcels left that he can then return the following day. But as far as you the seller are concerned its delivered, which i don’t think is fair on anyone as the customer will be miffed and you’ll be left with grumpy emails.Thankfully the driver then found my parcel on his dashboard and then proceeded to just hand it across to my partner, at a random address, without checking who she was - she could have been anyone. Locally we’ve been seeing a lot of this recently.As much as i want to continue supporting your company; i’m not sure hermes is worth the risk considering the orders aren’t often “cheap”, so i’m left looking for other options.As tactree goes as a company though; you’re great - just the choice of courier thats a shame.

Absolutely fantastic company. I regularly look at their website as they often have special offers. Recently had my eye on a 5.11 jacket and found it was HALF PRICE saving me over £100. Have bought other 5.11 items that have been vastly cheaper than most other sellers. Customer service is excellent and extremely helpful. Strongly recommended Tactree.

Exemplary customer service. I wanted a particular item which was not in stock. I was offered alternatives but decided to place a back order as I was in no rush. Many companies don’t facilitate this. I was regularly updated whilst the item was sourced from the manufacturer. Every email was clear, polite and informative. Excellent.

My go-to shop for a whole load of kit these days. They have a great selection, post stuff fast, and efficient customer service. Routine pop-up offers on 5.11 are appreciated too. I've been using them for years and never had any issues.

Last minute kit for deployment:I have used TacTree for years and as always there customer service is second to none and always friendly and professional giving you that personal experience.Today I experienced that in person as I had to make a 3 hr drive to there HQ where I was met by Kate and Ricky (made a fantastic brew lol) and sourced the kit I needed for last minute and had a great laugh at the same time.I highly recommend these guys via online service but also in person and without the top star staff TacTree wouldn’t be what it is today.Much love and definitely will be seeing you all again : )Thank you for having me

I have purchased a number of items from TacTree over the last few years, the products have always been great and delivered in a timely manner. Recently I had an issue with a 5.11 product, I brought this to the attention of the Tactree team and they got it sorted out for me. Thanks guys. I would highly recommend this shop.

Good pricing, great customer service and communications during both online purchases and at their outlet shop. Martin in particular was very friendly and helpful, with good product knowledge, and gave good advice, an asset to the company. I will definitely be shopping here again in future, and will recommend to others.

Poor communication. Takes days to get what you need from them. Products smaller than they should be! Two sizes smaller. Returning them takes an age to get the code you require so delaying getting your money back
