My experience started in 2019 after a serious RTA which wasn’t easy from the start, the amount of work Faruk and Nick have put into my claim is unbelievable!One thing, communication is key and i cannot say one time I have not been able to get hold of one of my solicitors. If they haven’t known the answer to my question they would explain, find out and always call back. Never once been fobbed off. They have been amazing!!Faruk has been my solicitor since the first day, then Nick Berry came onboard. These two have been such a huge help! I haven’t been the easiest of clients for them but they have constantly tried their hardest. 4 years later we had the best result! I couldn’t thank Faruk and Nick enough! Also thanks to the rest of the staff! I would 100% recommend Faruk & Nick. They know exactly what they are doing and I couldn’t have trusted any other people.Thank you so much!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I only went in for a signature on ID certification, I was expecting to pay a huge amount but was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable fee.

One of the worst law firms I have ever dealt with, I know other law firms are slow but this one takes the lead in ignoring your calls, messages and emails. Absolutely careless attitude. I wish I could give minus stars! Extremely rude staff specially one called Aktar. So unhelpful and have dragged my transaction for almost 5 months and still no progress!!!! Such a waste of time. Stay away at all costs. Honest opinion

After numerous attempts of calling this company i finally managed to get through to a woman called Fatima & quite frankly i wish i never got through after the rude experience i had with her. Totally disregards and ignores whatever your saying. Attitude reeks & very poor service. Would not recommend this company & i believe any 5 star or good reviews for this company are fake & have been done by the workers. This company is famous in my area for their mistreatment of customers. Stay Away.

Spoke to an extremely rude lady called Fatima, did not listen to anything that was being said and in fact was shouting down the phone. This is by far the worst claims company I have stumbled across, don’t care about their customers and never answer the phones. Don’t recommend to anyone, truly a waste of time and have staff who completely disregard you. She needs sacking!

I have been using lex solicitors for over a decade, I've always given them 4 stars however recently unaisa handled my case and she did a tremendous job. My case was dealt with in a efficient manner and she was extremely professional, I would recommend everyone to go with her.
