Exceptional. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the kindness, care and support from Jo and her team. The loss of my lovely husband was met with understanding and compassion. I was able to give Mike the simple service he wanted, but with that special something else that allowed myself and our children to say goodbye with a celebration of him. Thank you doesn’t seem to cut it. Ian Watts & Son are truly wonderful.

Highly recommended… losing a parent is one of the hardest things to come to terms with. From the moment we spoke to Jo she made mum and us kids feel so looked after. She took over all the stuff mum was so anxious about. Jo helped mum give dad the service he wanted. Dad went with simplicity, dignity and beauty. Jo and her team made the hardest day bearable. We will be forever thankful for the wonderful care they took of dad.

We had a number of friends who recommended Ian Watts, all praising the way Jo, Ben, Danny and the team had helped them. We weren't exactly sure of what we wanted, and they listened and advised. There were a number of very subtle ways they made the whole process slightly easier and the way Ben handled the visit to the Chapel of Rest was a credit to himself and the team.Ultimately they share some very private moments with you, and they somehow managed it with both warmth and privacy.Thanks again to everyone.

After I’d been notified of my mums passing I sent a contact email from Canada to Ian Watts at 11pm Canada time I was amazed at receiving an email back from Joanne in the Caldicot office a short time later which would have been around 6am UK time. We then proceeded to communicate with Ben Barrett an amazing young man who guided us through the process whilst we made travel arrangements. Once back in the UK I met with Ben at their Caldicot office where things were calm and peaceful. All arrangements were made we choose a priest to hold the service. From start to finish I can safely say I would recommend Ian Watts & Son they were amazing to deal with totally professional from start to finish. In our darkest and saddest moments they are very professional and my mum would have been proud to have the send off we were able to give her all thanks to Ian Watts Funeral Services. When my husband died suddenly I was lost, but Jo was so caring and couldn't do enough to console and help me through a very difficult time.
