What an amazing bunch at this branch, never have I ever had service like this in any merchants! They are friendly, polite, helpful and have a bit of banter too! They will make you a coffee and have a chat, great service guys, keep it going!

No stock so ordered for following day went over to get my order and I couldn't have it because the computers were down" please you could have gone in the back and picked the order up and entered the number the next day. I mean how many times do you think people will return before giving up and going to tool station."

Wide range of products, can check as stock and order online then collect, order when you get there if you prefer. Friendly service, usually fast turnaround. Avoid busy periods if you don't want any waiting (e.g. Sat.). Better than walking around a massive DIY warehouse.

Very good variety of products and helpful staff.A bicycle rack is definitely needed though, because there's nothing to lock a bicycle while collecting.

Staff were very professional, though there did seem to be some communication breakdown between head office => site manager => site staff. And we pretty much confused a staff member when we say we brought stuff online, but never told to pick it up, even though they had it in stock.

Bunch of wasters. There's nearly always someone standing by the door pointlessly asking how you ordered whilst there's a big queue and not enough people serving.Go to Toolstation instead, faster service and the staff are more friendly.
