Excellent company, quality products at very competitive prices,helpful knowledgeable staff. My order was delayed due to Covid and shipment/weather conditions from Spain. The Manager had kept me informed through to our delivery which was accurate,prefessional,extremely well packaged with no breakages whatsoever. Buying over the internet is concerning, but rest assured this product is quality, having laid these tiles now I can further confirm a joy to work with. Very happy customer.

Very little in this shop has a price ticket on it. I suppose if you need to ask... No one came to ask if they could help us. After 10 minutes we just walked out and went elsewhere.

I'm not one for writing bad reviews but I hope no one has to have the same experience we did. We visited the shop and picked our outdoor wall face tiles. Great tiles and they looked lovely. The lady that helped ordering the tiles miscalculated the amount needed which did result in a wasted journey to the shop. We were told we would be contacted when the tiles were in store and it should take no longer than three days. We didn't receive any phone call or email no notify us. I had to ring the shop over a week and a half later.So we picked up the tiles and our builders started working on fixing the tiles to the wall. We were on holidays and our builders told us when we returned there were several tiles already broken in the box. When i contacted the shop a refund was agreed. When we travelled down and took the tiles back a refund was declined. We were faced with negativity and a bad attitude.Needless to say the tiles are still at the shop and we have had no refund.Personally I'd avoid this shop.
