Can not give 0 stars unfortunately, Paid for overnight care while mother in law was terminally ill, father is also ill and housebound, the girl who showed up just wanted to know where she would sleep, and did not bother getting up to see to mother when she woke up in night father had to get up and do it !Edit : It has been a month or so now and no contact from the team, also I'm unsure why you would pass on their regards to someone who HAD been terminally ill I guess you did not read my post carefully enough :(.

doors &7 windows left unlocked. On 2 occasions intruder actually got into my bedroom 3 a.m.Same person left slow cooker on all night , highest setting 2 nights in a row. Put the ceramic dish straight into water &didn't say a word as it broke in half!! repeatedly boiling the kettle dry cost me 2 kettles. On many occasions I was left unwashed, unfed. More than once had to answer the door half naked in my wheelchair. same carer again left me wet & naked sitting on a bath bench; literally walked out on a partially sighted non walker!
