absolutely disgraceful.My mum picked up a pair of scissors which are used to trim eyebrows and we went to pay at the till, when we went to the counter my mum told my to grab them and pass them to her while she gets her card out of her wallet. I placed them on the counter and the lady called maya wasn’t serving us and carried on being so rude. she was being racist towards us and after when the manager came they still didn’t give us what we needed. terrible experience stop the racism for once u white idiots. Definitely won’t go again and will tell everyone about my experience here.

Lovely tidy store. Great service from friendly guy on the door who directed us with a smile. Click & collect was superb. Hopefully all this wasn't just that it was 4pm on a showery Tuesday in November.

Would not want to give any stars..Experience was shocking. Taken back a couple of items with my reciept purchased 2 days prior. I met with a COCKY ARRAGANT LYING CONDESENDING JUST PLANE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.. he though he owned the store was so pleased to tell me he was the manager refused to give me his name which is CONNER right there on his badge. I just want to say I got my refund through head office but the silly little boy was the worse store manager I have ever met.

It's ok. Most of the times busy and clothes all over, for me personally looks untidy at times and I get bored easily when I have to look through so many different things in search for something specific as there are so many... that's simply impossible to properly display them all in an aesthetic way. And when I do get bored (usually after 5 minutes), I usually go to the home section which is my favourite and has the best candles, rugs, vases&pots that I just forget about the clothes :)

Me and my daughter just popped in for a quick visit and ended up staying for longer, the stuff they got here is branded and cheap, so if you've got shopping to do for Christmas and birthdays, do it from hereI loved it

Decent store with lots on offer. Can be a little messy and disorganised, though. Keep an eye out and dig through; you may be able to grab a bargain! It was not too busy and a decent enough atmosphere.

I got a nice pair of shoes from this store. However, there aren't many options to choose from because most of the products come in limited size and color. The prices are reasonable. The staff are ok.

Customer service is good, the store has a large variety of items, it can be a bit of a search to find things but sometimes you can bag a good bargain. I managed to find a $380 Calvin Klein handbag for £20 and a £250 Tommy Hillfiger bag for £89 but it's pot luck.The store is clean and organised which helps when searching for something particular.
