Fraser made it clear that he was the best Estate Agent to go with given his extensive knowledge of the East Renfrewshire area. This was our first experience selling a property and Fraser guided us through the process seamlessly, communicating clearly and concisely our options at each step of the process. Things progressed very quickly and were well organised throughout. The professional photographs were excellent and the advert created really captured all we think is best about our home. Throughout the viewing process Fraser took total control and communicated feedback following each viewing. Our house went to a closing date within 10 days of going on the market and Fraser communicated offers within 15-minutes of closing. We are very greatful to Fraser for his support throughout the process and would not hesitate to recommend him.
