From the moment I arrived at The Dress House, Jacqui and Sarah made me feel so welcome and special! They offered my family and I a nice glass of bubbly on arrival which I thought was a nice touch. They stock such beautiful dresses and Jacqui picked out my perfect wedding dress for me! I visited 5 shops in total looking for my dress. The Dress House was the 2nd second shop i'd visited and I ended up going back there! The dress I bought was just incomparable to all the others i'd looked at and the customer service these lovely ladies provided was just out of this world! They both really know their trade and they were so kind and helpful! Jacqui stayed true to her word; my dress arrived when she said it would and she kept me in the loop throughout. They keep their appointment times and give you their full attention throughout the time you are with them, you honestly feel like your their only bride. I'm so happy I bought my dress from The Dress House and I have Jacqui and Sarah to thank for this! Jacqui was absolutely amazing from the very anxious first contact, to the first appointment, to picking up my most beautiful wedding dress today.I cannot thank her enough for making me feel at ease, being patient with me and even getting in touch with the dress designer to make some changes to my dress which have made this the most perfect dress for my day. As someone who initially dreaded the thought of wearing a wedding dress, I now cannot wait for my special day to come around. I couldn't have done this without Jacqui. Jacqui helped me find my beautiful wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses for our wedding day on the 1st May 2022. She has many beautiful dresses so it was a difficult decision. Jacqui is such a lovely, caring person who has supported myself and my daughters through all the emotions of covid, loss of my mum and our wedding day being moved several times. I found my dream dress here on my first visit! The shop is an adorable dream to walk into for all things bridal. My favourite part about wedding planning was truly this place! The service and collection was stunning. I fell in love with my dress as soon as I tried it on it was perfect. Jacqui was amazing. Very patient and understanding and very accommodating. I was nervous and worried I wouldn't find a dress that made me feel pretty with my weight. Jacqui was amazing in helping me feel more confident and find the right dress and style, I tried on a lot of dresses and she gave very good feedback which helped narrow down the style and eventually we found the dress for me. I loved the whole experience and it was the best I felt in a long time. ❤️

Jacqui was absolutely brilliant when I visited her shop looking for a dress for my little girl's communion. She was so welcoming and helpful; nothing was too much trouble.
